We used pipe joint R seal structure has been improved since 1996, has been in the application of hydraulic excavators and other equipment , to effectively solve the problem of  Hydraulic adapters system leak . ( 1 ) Welded pipe joints ( see Figure 1 ) This type of pipe joints using face O-ring seals , in theory , after tightening the nut body and welded pipe joints should be along the same line , welded pipe end face of the whole plane will pressure the seal ring and the joint body to achieve the purpose of sealing . However , in general, making conditions difficult to ensure welding flange and welded tubes perpendicular to each other , so when tightening the nut and fitting body after body and welded pipe fittings are not necessarily on the same axis line , welded pipe and the axis of the joint body will form an angle α, as shown in Figure 1 . The welded pipe is rigidly connected , so the angle α will always exist , thus affecting its sealing. To this end , we developed a special positioning welding fixture , ensuring their end flanges welded pipe welded to vertical degree requirements , so as to solve this type of pipe joint sealing problems. ( 2 ) This type of union fittings used in construction machinery more , in theory , it 's good sealing performance , but in actual use union was more common phenomenon of oil spills . This connector is used in require frequent disassembly and requires its seal better place .
